Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years or older at the time of participation. Employees, officers, or directors of Shedmax, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings), and any associated parties involved in the promotion, are not eligible to enter.

Date:

• Start Date: 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 2, 2024
• End Date: End of UK Vols game.

Drawing Date: November 2, 2024

    Winners will be notified by phone, text, or email. Winners do not need to be present at the time of the drawing.

Further Prize Descriptions/Terms:
Prizes may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable. Any additional costs associated with prize acceptance or use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

How to Enter:
During the promotion period, entrants can enter the giveaway through Shedmax’s official entry method. Each person may enter once. Use of automated, programmed, or multiple accounts for entry is prohibited.

Prize Limit: Limit one prize per person/household.

Notification:
Winners will be notified by text, email, or phone within 48 hours of the drawing on November 2, 2024. Winners will have five (5) days to respond to the notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Shedmax reserves the right to make multiple attempts to contact winners.

GENERAL:
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these rules and the decisions of Shedmax, which are final and binding. Entrants are not deemed winners until all required eligibility and validation steps are completed, including verification of age.

Privacy and Marketing Consent:
Entrants agree that Shedmax may collect, use, and disclose personal information provided in connection with the giveaway for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes future marketing materials or offers, which participants may opt out of by following instructions provided in any communications.

Use of Name/Likeness:
By accepting a prize, winners grant Shedmax and its affiliates permission to use their name, and likeness for promotional purposes, without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Limitations:
Shedmax is not responsible for any lost, late, or incomplete entries due to technical issues or unauthorized access.

Disqualification:
Shedmax reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or acting in a disruptive, harassing, or otherwise unsportsmanlike manner.

Liability Release:
By participating, entrants release Shedmax and its affiliates from any liability for claims, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in the giveaway, prize acceptance, or use of the prize.

Disputes:
In the event of a dispute or claim arising from this promotion, all claims will be resolved through final, binding arbitration in Kentucky, in accordance with the applicable laws of the state of Kentucky. Any remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses and will not include attorney fees or costs.

Use of Data:
By entering, participants agree that all data collected may be used in accordance with Shedmax’s privacy policy.
